Cancellation Policy

Cancellations or rescheduling made less than 48 hours before your appointment may carry a fee of 10% of the booked service or $20, whichever is greater. If we arrive and can't access the property, or you are more than 15 minutes late, the same fee may apply. No credit card is required to book: you can pay online or in person with cash, check, Stripe or PayPal, and any fee will be added to your next invoice. In a genuine emergency we may waive all or part of the fee. / Las cancelaciones o cambios con menos de 48 horas de anticipación pueden conllevar un cargo del 10% del servicio o $20, lo que sea mayor. No se requiere tarjeta de crédito para reservar: puede pagar en línea o en persona con efectivo, cheque, Stripe o PayPal, y cualquier cargo se añadirá a su próxima factura. En una emergencia real podemos eximir todo o parte del cargo.
